  • Accommodation decisions

  • Restrictive practices decisions

    Service providers must get our approval to use restrictive practices (excluding containment and seclusion) on our clients; and to contain or seclude any adult for a short term.
  • Legal decisions

    If we’re your guardian, we can make decisions about your legal matters (not related to finance or property) for you, including finding a lawyer to represent you.
