Estate Planning Resources to assist people with intellectual impairments
Disability Law Queensland is a not-for-profit incorporated legal practice and registered charitable organisation established to assist people with disability and their families. Disability Law Queensland have developed a suite of resources to assist people with intellectual impairment to develop the capacity to understand what a will and/or enduring power of attorney is and instruct a lawyer to prepare a will and/or enduring power of attorney. These resources are designed to be used by people with intellectual impairment together with the family and/or supportive people. View their resources.
